Brotzeit®, International is proud to announce the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI) for the development of 3 Brotzeit® Restaurants in the most populous countries in South East Asia – Indonesia.

The new LOI was signed between Mr. Sean Flynn, CEO of Brotzeit® International Pte Ltd and Mr. Ricky Tanaga, Brotzeit® franchisee for Indonesia, with the first outlet slated for opening in Q4 of 2012. With its strong presence in Singapore and other parts of Asia, Mr. Flynn is confident that Brotzeit®’s Brand of high quality Bavarian Food and Premium German Beers will be establish a great following in Indonesia.

Brotzeit® International Pte Ltd and its Hong Kong franchisee signed Letter of Intent (LOI) for 3 units in Hong Kong, which further strengthen its brand in the Asia Pacific region.

The new LOI was signed between Mr. Sean Flynn, CEO of Brotzeit® International Pte Ltd, Mr. Herbert Hofer and Mr. Hamish Macpherson, Brotzeit® franchisee for Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China during their visit to Brotzeit® corporate office in Singapore. Brotzeit®, Asia’s favourite German restaurant has successfully signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) for a 5-unit development deal in the most populated city in the world – Shanghai, with the first outlet slated for opening in Q3 2012.

The Letter of Intent (LOI) was signed between Mr. Mario Becker, Mr. Christian Lumperda and Mr. Soeren Kroh, Brotzeit® franchisee for the Shanghai market and Mr. Sean Flynn, CEO of Brotzeit® International Pte Ltd.

Brotzeit®’s Oktoberfest celebrations will be held from 6-9 October 2011 with German band, AnTon and the Funny Guys, will be performing at the VivoCity outlet from Thursday to Sunday night.

Only for a limited period, diners at Brotzeit® would be able to sink their teeth into a hearty fare of Asparagus Platter S$118, consisting of a generous portion of handpicked white asparagus with an exquisite dark lager beer-infused sauce hollandaise, honey-baked ham, succulent roasted lamb rack, veal Bratwurst and juicy bacon-wrapped fine beans, complete with Bavarian potato mash and red cabbage.

Brotzeit® stretches your dollar by launching its new 2-course set lunch promotion (Mittagsmenü), ranging from S$15 to S$19. For starters, diners can choose between the Soup special and the Ham multigrain baguette. The selection of mains is a good mix of hearty salads, perfectly grilled fish and lip-smacking schnitzels.

Every Sunday, customers can look forward to a weekend treat of Schnitzels, in addition to its current menu offerings, with 6 different varieties that will suit all tastes and preferences. Schnitzel is an authentic Bavarian specialty consisting of a thin slice of boneless meat coated in breadcrumbs and fried. Brotzeit®'s Schnitzels are perfect for a weekend indulgence for the whole family.

Starting from 30 May 2011, Brotzeit® patrons will be able to dig in to tasty, succulent Bavarian-style pork ribs every Monday and Tuesday at all Brotzeit® outlets. There are two different pork-rib platters available on offer – the already-popular Pork Ribs Original (but with a new twist) as well as the Honey Bavarian Pork Ribs. In both cases, the pork ribs are slowly braised in Paulaner beer in order to achieve a juicy flavor tinged with beer.

Served with sides of sauerkraut and potato wedges, both platters are priced at a market-conscious $32.50. The Pork Ribs Original is best enjoyed with a glass of Original Münchner Lager, while the Honey Bavarian Pork Ribs can be paired with the Dunkel Hefe – Weissbier.

A Letter of Intent (LOI) to set up two franchise restaurants in Vietnam has been signed between CEO of Brotzeit International Pte Ltd, Mr Sean Flynn, and Mr Erich Erber of San Pacific Holdings on 17 March 2011. Mr Erber expects to open the first Brotzeit store in Ho Chi Minh City by the end of 2011 and a second store in Hanoi in 2012, thus expanding Brotzeit’s regional presence to the Indochina region.
