At the helm of Brotzeit®, is Aidan Hay, the company CEO whose role is to help franchises strengthen their brands, increase their profitability and create greater support for their existing franchisees.
With over two decades of experience in the F&B and hospitality industry and a proven track record of establishing and growing brands across international markets, Aidan’s main goal is to rapidly expand Brotzeit®’s presence internationally and grow the brand over the next few years by continuing to look for the right international partners.
Prior to joining Brotzeit®, Aidan held various senior roles over a span of 14 years at YUM! Brands Inc.,with the most recent being General Manager of Pizza Hut’s Global Operations where he spearheaded the development and rapid expansion of the Pizza Hut delivery platform across Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

As Vice-President of Franchise Operations, Malcolm is responsible for the growth of Brotzeit® International through franchising. Covering a wide spectrum of duties, he liaises with potential franchise investors, assesses the credibility of franchisees, negotiates terms and legalises all agreements.
Malcolm's profound knowledge and international experience in Franchise Operations makes him the ideal choice to helm Franchise Operations at Brotzeit®. With his foresight and dedication, Malcolm looks set to bring forth proven quality franchise systems to every franchisee.
Chef Hans is the key consultant to franchisees for all kitchen processes within Brotzeit®. He also liaises with global suppliers to ensure consistency in the quality of supplies to all Brotzeit® stores. Hans understands the importance of building a strong foundation in any business. With that in mind, he created an award winning menu, trained his very own team of dedicated chefs, implemented quality standards, developed an efficient work-flow process, and systems to monitor quality standards in Brotzeit®.
As part of the pioneer team that brought the Brotzeit® concept to life, Hans' knowledge and experience has been instrumental to the success of the regional expansion of Brotzeit®. With his passion and foresight, he looks set to bring Brotzeit® to even greater heights.
The success of an emerging brand relies largely on the organisation's marketing efforts. Carrie's wealth of experience in strategic marketing is vital to Brotzeit®'s efficacious marketing campaigns. She is actively involved in the company's regional marketing research and develops the global marketing calendar based on the outcomes of all quantitative and qualitative analysis. Carrie conceptualises all marketing literature and directs all advertising and promotional campaigns.
Carrie brings with her over 10 years of experience in local and APAC Hospitality Management, with exceptional strategic and administrative strengths in F&B Branding, Marketing, Channel Partner Management and Events Planning.
A veteran in the Finance field in the hospitality industry, Connie brings with her over a decade of immeasurable accounting experience to Brotzeit®. She is responsible for all payroll activities, the reconciliation of all accounts in Brotzeit® and its subsidiaries, and generation of financial reports for directors and shareholders. Connie is also the key point of contact for auditors & tax agents.
With his extensive management and project knowledge in hospitality operations, Roderick is responsible for all the operational aspects of the Brotzeit® restaurants. A professional in the field, he has gained a great deal of knowledge in managing multi faceted operations in Europe, Australia and the Middle East.
He will be overseeing and providing support to all Brotzeit® restaurants and its future developments, ensuring overall operational excellence, a strong team performance and professional ethical standards of the Brotzeit® restaurants.
Having worked with cross-cultural environment, Sharon has been exposed to diversity in employee relations. Working with people is her interest and she brings with her experiences from various industries.
Facing with the challenge of a tight labour market, Sharon works towards building Brotzeit® as an Employer of Choice in our belief of people being our asset. She is also responsible for providing the organization with competent resources through working with stakeholders.
To be in line with the organisation’s constant learning and development, she is currently pursuing her Master in Business Administration with Southern Cross University for practical application in current business context.
Jason Tan | Director, Franchise Development
The Hunter
As Brotzeit®’s Director of Franchise Development, he is responsible for liaising with potential franchise investors and assessing the credibility of interested franchisees. He proactively engages with potential franchise partners in suitable locations, nurturing franchise business opportunities for the Brotzeit® brand. His primary focus is establishing a foothold in the Asia Pacific region and entrenching Brotzeit®’s presence in key markets before assisting in expanding Brotzeit®’s global footprint in markets further afield.
With years of experience as a Senior Manager for International Enterprise (IE) Singapore, Jason Tan has been instrumental in helping a large portfolio of food and beverage outlets with varying stages of their franchise development and overseas expansion plans.
