Brotzeit® offers authentic Bavarian Cuisine accompanied by world-famous German beers in a chic and contemporary setting.

"Brotzeit®" is a typical Bavarian expression – "Brot" being German for bread and "Zeit" for time, referring to a cozy meal complemented by fresh beer.

Brotzeit® has its Corporate Outlets in Singapore and has embarked on a successful expansion path throughout Asia through a Franchising Model.  To date, Brotzeit® has successfully opened seven franchised outlets outside of Singapore – Mid Valley Megamall and Sunway Pyramid Shopping Centre, Malaysia, one franchised outlet in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, one franchised outlet in Tsim Sha Tsui East, Hong Kong, the first fanchised store in China at the SWFC in Shanghai, one franchised store in Mandaluyong, Philippines and the latest addition to the group is at Thonglor, Thailand.

Brotzeit® has signed development deals in Guangdong, Beijing, Indonesia with more territories in the pipeline. The signed agreements came to a combined total of twenty-nine outlets.

All Brotzeit®  outlets engage guests with chic décor through the use of German-inspired wooden benches and a long wooden bar counter. The contemporary bier bar possesses a playful charm with its characteristic signature mural showing the history and development of German beer culture.

Brotzeit® serves the widest selection of pure German beers in Singapore all day long, made according to time-honoured German beer-making traditions that respect the Purity Law of 1516. All beers are made using pure spring water and are paired with authentic Bavarian dishes.

Opened in 2006, Brotzeit® is a German Bier Bar and Restaurant offering authentic Bavarian cuisine in a contemporary yet chic setting. To maintain our uniqueness, every outlet boasts one of a kind graphic wall mural that is distinctive from one another, giving a fresh outlook that is unmistakably Brotzeit® and to offer our customers a friendly yet relaxed atmosphere wherever they go.

The well-loved Bavarian dining and drinking hotspot from Singapore (with present outlets at VivoCity, Raffles City and 313@Somerset) has added a novel twist to KL’s effervescent F&B landscape with its contemporary new location along Mid Valley Megamall’s outdoor boulevard, serving up grassroots cuisine from the beautiful south-eastern state of Germany as well as an assortment of beers from Paulaner.

Boasting the widest selection of premium German beers comprising of distinctive drafts and bottled specialties, Brotzeit®’s premier outlet in KL will also be serving Paulaner beer exclusively.

Located at the modern Kumho Plaza building, Brotzeit® is easily accessible and within walking distance to renowned downtown tourist landmarks such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, the legendary Saigon Post Office and Vietnam’s largest and trendiest shopping mall Vincom Centre.

With a wide 24-meter restaurant frontage on the mezzanine level, the restaurant is overlooking some of Vietnam’s busiest roads, Hai Bà Trưng and Lê Duẩn, providing diners the ideal place to eat and drink the night away.
